Committees

BPHA is a volunteer organization.  Volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all of the following groups and committees:

Tree Committee

The Tree Committee reviews requests when:

• Trees or vegetation is over 25 feet high
• Disagreements exist between neighbors over what action should be taken
• Requests for tree work on Tracts involve community funds

Building Committee

The Building Committee reviews requests for construction or significant remodel projects in the community.

Pool Committee

The Pool Committee runs our neighborhood pool from May to September.

Welcome Committee

Help our new neighbors get acquainted with our community by joining the welcome committee. Stop by to say “hello” to newcomers and drop off helpful information about the association.

Board of Directors

Our neighborhood association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected to staggered terms each March at our annual association meeting. The Board works in conjunction with our professional management company, Associa EMB Management, and the Committees.
