Utilities & Services

The following utilities and services are available to our community.

Trash Collection 

Trash, recycling and yard waste pickup happens every Monday through Bainbridge Disposal.

Water and Sewer 

Water service is provided by Kitsap Public Utility District. There is no sewer service in Bill Point - homes operate on septic systems.

Electricity

Electricity is through Puget Sound Energy.

Internet, Telephone & Cable

Several providers in our area offer a variety of options for reliable, high-speed internet, telephone and cable services. We encourage you to evaluate each of these options to find the service that’s right for you.

Ferries and Public Transit

Transit on the Island is provided by Kitsap Transit. There is a bus that runs from Bill Point to the main part of town (called "Winslow") and the ferry to Seattle during AM/PM rush. This is the Bill Point Route 99 bus.

In addition, Kitsap Transit operates a "on demand" service called BI Ride.

The Washington State Ferries operate car and passenger ferries between Bainbridge Island and the main ferry terminal in Seattle.
